Removal and installation are fairly simple. To remove the old belt rotate the tensioner pulley counter clockwise releasing the tension on the belt and slide it off. Before you install the new serpentine belt be sure to inspect all the pulleys and make sure that they are free from debris and are nor damaged in any way.

Installation
route the belt around all the pulleys according to the diagram above leaving the tensioner pulley for last. Once the belt is around all the pulleys rotate the tensioner pulley counter clockwise and slip the belt over it. Inspect the belt and make sure it is aligned right on all the pulleys. If adjustments need to be made rotate the pulley just enough to release a little tension and make your adjustments.<!-- You will NOT be able to see the ad on your site!
Install Belt

Check all the pulleys on your engine and make sure they are all free of any debris and make sure they are dry and there is no oil or other fluids on them.
Route your belt around all the pulleys according the the diagram provided leaving the tensioner for the last one. Be sure to keep tension on your belt to make sure it does not slip of another pulley.
Using your ratchet, rotate the tensioner pulley enough to slip the belt over it.
Inspect the belt and all pulleys and make sure they are all aligned correctly.
You can rotate the tensioner pulley a little to make any adjustments needed.
