Removal:
Rotate the tensioner pulley enough to slip the beltand slowly relese the tensioner pulley.

Inspect all pulleys and make sure they are free of debris, fluids and are not damage in any way

Installation:
Route the new belt according to the diagram above, around all the pulley except the tensioner. Keep tension on the belt with your hand and double check the entire belt to make sure everything is aligned correctly. Finally rotate the tensioner pulley and slip the belt over it.

Inspect the pulley one more time before starting the vehicle.

Installation
route the belt around all the pulleys according to the diagram above leaving the tensioner pulley for last. Once the belt is around all the pulleys rotate the tensioner pulley counter clockwise and slip the belt over it. Inspect the belt and make sure it is aligned right on all the pulleys. If adjustments need to be made rotate the pulley just enough to release a little tension and make your adjustments.

Route the belt according the diagram leaving the tensioner pulley for last. Rotate your tensioner pulley and slip the belt back on.

Inspect the belt again to make sure it is aligned correctly on each pulley. The tensioner pulley can be rotated a little to give it slack if you need to make adjustments.

Rotate the Tensioner releasing tension on the belt and remove it. Inspect all your pulleys and make they are clean and there is no debris or fluids on them.

Route the belt according the diagram leaving the tensioner for last. Rotate your tensioner and slip the belt back on. Inspect the belt again to make sure it is aligned correctly on each pulley. The tensioner can be rotated a little to give it slack if you need to make adjustments.

Make sure your vehicle is turned off and the parking brake has been applied.
Rotate the tensioner pulley to give the belt enough slack to remove it.
Use a half inch ratchet and an extension to rotate it inserting the square end of the extension in the whole in the tensioner pulley.

Install Belt

Check all the pulleys on your engine and make sure they are all free of any debris and make sure they are dry and there is no oil or other fluids on them.
Route your belt around all the pulleys according the the diagram provided leaving the tensioner for the last one. Be sure to keep tension on your belt to make sure it does not slip of another pulley.
Using your ratchet, rotate the tensioner pulley enough to slip the belt over it.
Inspect the belt and all pulleys and make sure they are all aligned correctly.
You can rotate the tensioner pulley a little to make any adjustments needed.

Rotate the tensioner pulley enough to remove the old belt from over the pulley.
Inspect all pulleys and make sure there is no debris or oil on them.
Re-route your new belt leaving the tensioner pulley for last.
Rotate the tensioner pulley enough to slide the belt over it.
Inspect all pulleys and make sure the belt is lined up correctly on each one.

Rotate the tensioner pulley counter clockwise to relieve tension and slip off the belt.

Install: rout your belt according to the diagram leaving the tensioner pulley for last. Again, rotate the tensioner pully counter clockwise and slip the belt back on.

Inspect the belt and make sure it is on every pulley correctly. You can rotate the tensioner pulley to relieve a little tension and adjust the belt.
