can this be done to a 1995 Ford F150 with a 4.9 motor....we locked up the compressor and want to bypass compressor..w/o ac belt doesn't fit though any thoughts.

Yes, should be able to measure the belt and get a shorter one or call you local auto parts store and see if the have a bypass for your particular vehicle.
