Removal and Inspection
Using a 15mm wrench or socket, rotate the tensioner pulley center nut enough to slip the belt off. Inspect all of the pulleys to make sure they are not damaged and are free of any debris or fluids.
Installing the serpentine belt
Route the belt according to the diagram provided – You can print this image and take it outside with you or visit us with any mobile device – leaving the tensioner pulley for last. With your 15mm wrench rotate the pulley again and slip the belt over it. Inspect all of the pulleys again and make sure they are all on the pulleys correctly.
