Belt Removal
Rotate the tensioner Pulley and slip the belt off one of the other pulleys.
Slowly release the tensioner pulley using caution not to let it release to fast.
*Inspect all pulleys and make sure they are not damaged and are free of any fluids or any debris.
Belt Installation
Route the diagram according to the correct diagram posted here leaving the tensioner for last.
While maintaining tension on the belt with your hand, rotate the tensioner and slip the belt back over it.
The 2.2L engine uses a 15 mm socket to rotate the tensioner pulley.
The 2.4L engine uses a 13mm socket to rotate the tensioner pulley.
Tensioner Pulley rotation is clockwise.
