To remove your old belt rotate the tensioner pulley counter clockwise until you have enough slack to slide the belt off. Slowly lower the tensioner pulley back into it’s reliefed position. Be careful not to let the tensioner snap back when releasing. Inspect all the pulleys and make sure they free from any debris or fluids.
Installing the belt is just the reverse. Route the belt according to the diagram and leave the tensioner for last. While keeping tension on the belt, rotate the tensioner counterclockwise enough to slip the belt over the tensioner pulley. Reinspect all pulleys and make sure the belt is on all the pulleys correctly and align right.
